REACH

As of 31st May 2018, chemicals sold in the EU needed to be REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) registered through ECHA (European Chemicals Agency), therefore we made the necessary changes to our supply chain to adhere to these legislative changes.  Since Brexit, in 2021, we have been ensuring our supply chain complies with the newly adopted UK REACH regulation.

We are members of the Chemical Business Association, which is a trade association supporting chemical distributors in the UK. The Association keeps its members updated of upcoming chemical regulation changes. We attend their workshops and learning events to ensure we are up to date with changes in UK and EU REACH

Pearl Chemical Ltd hereby confirm that we always observe the prescriptions of EU REACH (1907/2006/EC) regulation and the UK REACH regulation. The product(s) we supply are fully compliant with these regulations.

All the substances contained in our products have either;

• Been registered by our company and/or our suppliers, or in the case of UK REACH a DUIN has been made.

Or

• They are excluded or exempt from the regulation/registration.
